All orders are eligible for return or exchange 45 days after the original purchase date. Orders Placed in November of '25 will be extended to 1/15/26. 

This holiday season, all exchanges will be processed as Instant Exchanges to help ensure you get the item you want as quickly as possible. When you select an exchange, we place a temporary hold on your credit card for the value of the new item—this isn’t a charge, just a pending authorization that lets us ship your replacement right away. Once your original item arrives at our warehouse and the return is processed, the hold is automatically removed. You won’t see a refund or any additional transaction on your statement, just the temporary hold disappearing. If you have any questions, we're here to help
