If you received a delivery notification, but can’t find your package? Don’t panic, we’re here to help! 

On rare occasions, UPS can mis-deliver by a house or two. We find that in most cases, a quick knock on the neighbors door reveals the location of the missing package. We also occasionally see delivery services marking the package’s status as delivered before physically dropping it off at the location. Often, we find that orders will arrive just a few hours after that notification is sent. Lastly, be sure to give a glance in your mailbox as small packages will sometimes be delivered there if the courier doesn’t feel comfortable leaving the parcel on an exposed porch.
