Can I return or exchange something I purchased through a different retailer?

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges that are not purchased directly through Howler Brothers. If the item was purchased through one of our retail partners, the return will need to be processed through that specific retailer.

When can I expect my exchange?

Exchange orders will receive email confirmation for the new order once the return package is delivered to our warehouse. You can also select. "Instant Exchange" and we will ship out your new items immediately and place a temporary hold on your card.

When can I expect my refund?

All refunds will be sent to the original form of payment once the return has been processed at our warehouse, typically 1-2 days after it has been delivered.

When can I expect my store credit?

Returns for store credit will be sent in the form of a Howler Brothers Gift Certificates. Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, you will be emailed a Gift Certificate for the full amount of the items returned.
